Twenty-six years ago today, on March 8, 1983, Ronald Wilson Reagan addressed the National Association of Evangelicals in Orlando, Florida. This speech was the first solid indication of how President Reagan viewed the Soviet Union - as an Evil Empire. It marked the beginning of the courageous stand which ultimately ended the Cold War.
