Rush has started calling him the Teleprompter of the United States. Unfortunately for The Messiah, even the 'prompter has begun to turn on him!

Just yesterday, during a St. Patrick's Day event with the Irish prime minister, Obama's guest accidentally repeated teleprompter remarks that Obama had just delivered.

Next, trying to regain control of the situation, Obama interjected - but referred to the teleprompter for his lines. By this point the words on the teleprompter were those meant to be delivered by the Irish Prime Minister Brian Cowen, and as a result, President Barack Obama thanked himself for inviting everyone to the party.

What kind of boob, faced with a teleprompter that is obviously not on the correct page, mindlessly recites whatever words happen to appear there? It has become increasingly obvious of late that he is no longer even pretending to be a great orator. Apply a little critical thinking to the words he spews and you'll see it, too. The eyes go from one 'prompter to the other, never even flashing on the audience, the emphasis and emotion has given way to a mostly monotonic drone. He is obviously just reading words, with no real concept of what they mean. Just what we need in this time of immense challenge to our country: President Sock Puppet.
